{"id":1632,"date":"2024-02-06T14:20:39","date_gmt":"2024-02-06T19:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lancephillips.com\/blog\/?p=1632"},"modified":"2024-02-06T14:40:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T19:40:11","slug":"rebgv-monthly-stats-january-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phillipsandprem.ca\/blog\/2024\/02\/06\/rebgv-monthly-stats-january-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"REBGV Monthly Stats &#8211; January 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Home sales across Metro Vancouver\u2019s housing market off to strong start in 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VANCOUVER, BC \u2013 February 2, 2024 \u2013 While the Metro Vancouver1 market ended 2023 in balanced market territory, conditions in January began shifting back in favour of sellers as the<br \/>\npace of newly listed properties did not keep up with the jump in home sales.<\/p>\n<p>The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential sales in the region totalled 1,427 in January 2024, a 38.5 per cent increase from the 1,030 sales recorded in January 2023.
